Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Part-Time Sales Manager to join our startup automation SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling software solutions, particularly SaaS, and a deep understanding of the sales funnel in tech companies. This role requires expertise in using CRM systems and managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Funnel Management:
• Manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation to deal closing.
• Track and manage lead stages, deal stages, and client interactions using CRM systems.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication with potential clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored SaaS solutions.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Utilize strong upselling techniques to maximize client value.
• Offer appropriate deals and packages to meet client needs and drive sales.
• Deal Closing and Pricing:
• Develop deep knowledge of products and services.
• Apply best pricing techniques to close deals effectively.
• Compute and present competitive pricing to potential clients.
• Utilize negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve closing techniques and processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions and business solutions as a service.
• Strong understanding of the sales funnel and sales processes in tech companies.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage leads, deals, and client interactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong skills in upselling and providing appropriate deals to clients.
• Deep knowledge of products and best pricing techniques to close deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with various CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the software and SaaS industry.
• Experience in B2B sales within the tech industry.
