We are a growing e-commerce business with a focus on Shopify and Etsy platforms. Our brand prides itself on offering high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our online stores and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our team to create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various tasks related to store management, listing updates, and SEO optimization.
Regularly update product listings on Shopify and Etsy platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions, images, and pricing.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility and ranking of our products on search engines.
Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, descriptions, and tags to improve searchability and attract organic traffic.
Assist in the creation of eye-catching product images and banners that resonate with our brand’s identity and attract potential customers.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure that product availability is accurately reflected on our online stores.
Provide efficient customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with basic social media tasks, such as scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with the online community (social media experience is a plus).
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the performance of our online stores.

Qualifications:

Proficient in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with the team and customers.
Experience with Shopify and Etsy platforms, including listing creation, image uploading, and basic store management.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and a willingness to learn and apply new techniques.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in e-commerce or online retail is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of social media platforms is a plus, but not mandatory.
Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment.
Schedule and Compensation:

This is a part-time, remote position requiring approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Flexible work hours, with the ability to coordinate tasks based on your availability.
Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will be commensurate with experience.
