Part-Time – Social Media Assistant

About Us:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. You will have the opportunity to work on various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter, helping us to grow our online presence and engage with our audience.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in creating, editing, and posting content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
– Develop a content calendar and timeline for approval.
– Schedule posts in advance to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
– Provide insights and recommendations on the best times and dates to post on each platform to maximize engagement.
– Monitor and report on social media trends and audience engagement metrics.
– Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and strategies.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
– Excellent content creation and editing skills.
– Ability to develop and maintain a content calendar.
– Knowledge of social media scheduling tools.
– Strong analytical skills to provide insights on best posting times and audience engagement.
– Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with social media analytics tools.
– Basic graphic design skills.
– Familiarity with current social media trends and best practices.

Compensation:
– This is a part-time position, starting with 5 hours per week.
– Opportunity to increase hours and pay based on performance and the growth of our social media following.
– $100 per month (Increased as we see work results)
