We are a growing company with two successful online communities and looking to add a third. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Social Media Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, be familiar with social media management and AI tools, and the ability to multitask efficiently. This role involves a variety of tasks to support our business operations and social media presence. Training will be provided on the applications we use, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are in place with video support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Part-Time Social Media Management Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on managing and enhancing our social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring engaging and high-quality content that aligns with our brand values and goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and passionate about social media trends and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Develop, design, and schedule engaging social media content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest.
• Brand Management: Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.
• Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote our services, events, and special offers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Administrative Support: Perform other related administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with AI and technology consulting is a plus.
• Passion for travel and luxury experiences is a plus.

Requirements:
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working environment.
• Availability to work 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed for special projects or campaigns.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
