Location: Remote but available UK Time 10am-4pm

As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This remote role will focus on leveraging raw video and written content to create engaging social media posts that resonate with our audience.

Job Description
– The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for transforming raw video and written content into polished social media posts across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

This role is perfect for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and proficient in the latest social media trends and tools.

Responsibilities
– Edit and enhance video content using Captions App, CapCut, or similar software to create engaging reels with subtitles suitable for each social media platform.
– Use Canva to design high-quality graphics and visual content for social media posts.
– Transcribe videos and collaborate with AI tools like ChatGPT to craft compelling text for posts.
– Schedule and manage posts using platform-specific native tools to ensure consistent online presence.
– Optimize content for each platform, including creating captions and descriptions for longer YouTube videos.
– Monitor social media performance and engage with followers to foster a community around our brand.
– Report on social media engagement and performance metrics to guide future content strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
– Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts, with a portfolio or case studies demonstrating past successes.
– Excellent written and spoken English.
– Strong experience with video editing tools such as Captions App and CapCut.
– Proficiency in Canva for creating engaging graphics and visual content.
– Familiarity with AI content generation tools, especially ChatGPT, and transcription software.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
– Experience with social media scheduling tools and understanding of platform-specific best practices.
– Knowledge of social media analytics and ability to interpret data to improve engagement.

Desirable Skills
– Prior experience in a digital marketing or agency setting.
– Understanding of the website design industry and its clientele.
