Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and proactive Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to generate innovative ideas to enhance our brand awareness and attract new leads. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and attract leads.
– Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
– Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.
– Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on insights.
– Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and message.
– Proactively generate new ideas for social media campaigns and initiatives.
– Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
– Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and without the need for constant supervision.
– Proactive attitude and ability to generate new ideas.
– Experience in the video editing industry is a plus.
