Job Title: Social Media Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging various social media platforms to engage with our audience, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth. They will possess a keen understanding of different social media channels, content creation, audience targeting, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities:

1. Multi-Platform Management: Manage and maintain active presence across multiple social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
2. Audience-Centric Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience demographics and preferences. Adapt messaging and tone to resonate effectively with diverse audiences.
3. Follower Growth Strategies: Devise and implement innovative strategies to expand our social media following organically. Utilize techniques such as influencer partnerships, content collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.
4. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts and track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
5. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and brand initiatives. Monitor campaign performance in real-time, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
6. Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Cultivate a positive and engaging online brand presence.
7. Stay Updated on Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in social media marketing. Continuously explore new tools, features, and platforms to enhance our social media strategy.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
