The role is 4 hours ideally between 5-9 pm PH time ideally Saturday – Wednesday. If you wish to work different hours, please state clearly in your application.
It would be your job to answer customer sales inquiries. There is no cold emailing, or calling involved, and we anticipate little in the way of incoming calls. The role also involves tracking orders and posting to our Facebook page. It may well involve a range of other tasks related to the business, but likely all related to sales and social media management.
This role suits well people who would like to work unusual or variable hours (mums or students, for example), although we welcome all applicants who believe they would fit to apply. Extensive training is provided for the right candidate. Wages are initially non-negotiable (after a year they will be). Pay is based on a 20-hour week salary is 1250 pesos a week). The role involves working weekends. This is non-negotiable. Longer term there is potential for growth both in terms of pay and responsibility.
The ideal candidate will prove themselves to be highly versatile, we value speed of improvement highly, and as such have low requirements regarding experience. You will also be keen to be passionate about design, photo booking, or another aspect of the work.
You will need:
Strong English and Tagalog
Exceptional people skills especially regarding answering written sales inquiries
A computer
Stable internet
To be reliable and detail-oriented
