Work Hours and Schedule: 3-4hrs per day, 9am-12noon Sydney time (6am-9am Manila). Can become flex sched over time if successful
Work Duration: Long-term if successful
Rate or Salary range: $6.5/hr
Commission Based only? – NO
Possibility for overtime
Plus 5% Salary increase after 3 months
Payment Method: Local bank transfer
Salary paid every 17th and 2nd of the month

Description/Information:

We need a social media manager who will help our Aussie client grow his SM accounts, mainly his Instagram account. You will be editing posts, creating reels, creating Facebook and Instagram events, writing captions, scheduling content, and doing light video editing. The client is in the fitness industry.

Fluent English is essential. Spanish would be nice to have but not essential. Experience working with e-commerce companies is a huge plus as there may be some light admin work to communicate with customers and with suppliers.

Apps used: Instagram, Facebook, Eventbrite, Humanitix, plus other apps

Minimum Requirements:
*Social Media Management Experience
*Decent computer or laptop
*Stable Internet
*English communication skills, both verbal and written
*Headset for calls – Any decent quality, noise-canceling headset (Ex. Plantronics 628, Jabra, etc)
*Punctual and Responsive
*Needs to strictly follow an NDA

*Experience working with E-commerce companies
*BPO and WFH Experience
*Knowledge of how to use apps like Slack, Zoom, and any dialers
*A Quiet environment
