Social Media Manager w/ Email Marketing experience
Responsibilities:
> Oversee and manage the brand’s presence on different Social Media platforms (ie. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) ensuring consistent and engaging content is posted regularly.
> Proactively interact with the brand’s followers, responding to comments, questions, and messages across all platforms. Fostering a positive and supportive community environment.
> Develop compelling and shareable content to spark discussions, drive engagement, and attract new followers. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and campaigns.
> Implement strategies to attract new followers, increase our online reach, and cultivate a loyal and active community.
> Monitor social media channels, track trends, and identify opportunities for real-time engagement and brand advocacy, as well as addressing potential issues or concerns.
> Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote our products and engage with the customer base. This includes crafting compelling content, segmenting lists, scheduling sends, and analyzing performance.
Requirements:
– Must be social media savvy with demonstrated experience and proficiency in managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube accounts
– With strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage with the audience in a friendly, informative, and brand-appropriate manner.
– Proven ability to create compelling and shareable content, including visuals and copy, to drive engagement and community growth.
– Previous experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully fostering a thriving online community.
– Ability to track and analyze social media metrics and insights to measure the impact of community engagement efforts and optimize strategies.
-Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
