The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at working with multiple clients simultaneously. Your role will be pivotal in driving engagement across various social media platforms and producing creative and compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with client goals.
– Plan social media calendar and research various topics as needed
– Create short-form video content such as Reels/TikTok
– Enhance engagement on posts, backed by proven strategies and results.
– Utilize ChatGPT for content creation, ensuring each piece is fine-tuned and polished.
– Manage the onboarding process for new clients and set up their social media channels.
– Optimize content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
– Utilize content scheduling tools for effective content management.
– Strategize, set up, manage, and optimize ads for Facebook, Instagram, and Google
– Prepare monthly social media and ads performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
– Provide support in meetings, offering expertise in areas of social media.
– Perform other administrative tasks such as research

Qualifications:
– Can start immediately
– At least 2 years experience in social media management and ads management
– Understanding of basic branding principles
– Demonstrated ability to increase engagement on social media platforms.
– Excellent written communication skills.
– Experience with client onboarding and social media setup.
– Knowledge of content scheduling tools.
– Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or ClickUp
– Highly efficient, organized, and can work under minimal supervision
– Must work from 7 AM – 11 AM Philippines time, Monday to Friday.
