Job Title: Part-Time Social Media Manager/Graphic Designer

Description:

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager/Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for social media, graphic design, and content creation. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and designing marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, graphic design, and video creation for reels.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Create, schedule, and manage posts on various social media platforms.
Develop social media content strategies to increase engagement and followers.
Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages.
Graphic Design:

Design marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts.
Ensure all design work aligns with our brand guidelines.
Content Creation:

Develop and create engaging video content for social media reels.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute content ideas.
Edit and produce high-quality video content that resonates with our audience.
Project Coordination:

Work with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist in updating and maintaining CRM systems for social media interactions.
Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management.
Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
Reliable internet access.
Hours:

Part-time: 10 hours per week.
Flexible scheduling, but must be available for core hours between 9 AM to 3 PM EST as needed.
Compensation:

$2 to $3 per hour commensurate with experience during the first 90 days!

Pay reviews at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with potential raises based on performance and value-added.
