We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team and enhance our online presence through engaging and high-quality video content.

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager who is experienced in video editing and understands the values of the Muslim community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and fine-tuning video content for our social media platforms, ensuring that all content is engaging, culturally appropriate, and aligned with Islamic values.

Responsibilities:

1) Edit and enhance video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
2) Ensure all video content is culturally sensitive and aligns with Islamic values.
3) Add captions, graphics, and other elements to improve video quality and engagement.
4) Collaborate with the team to develop new video ideas and content strategies.
5) Manage and schedule posts across various social media platforms.
6) Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and respectful manner.
7) Track and analyze the performance of video content, adjusting strategies as needed.
8) Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

1) Proven experience in video editing and social media management.
2) Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
3) Strong understanding of Islamic values and cultural sensitivity.
4) Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
6) Creative mindset with attention to detail.
7) Experience in mental health or related fields is a plus.
