Part-Time Social Media Manager VA: Own Our Brand Voice and Engage the Audience!

We’re seeking a passionate and results-oriented Part-Time Social Media Manager VA to join our team and take our online presence to the next level. As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and driving organic growth through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
– Develop and schedule engaging social media posts (text, images, reels) across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
– Stay up-to-date on trending topics and formats, including video editing (Reels)
– Craft a consistent brand voice and tone that resonates with our target audience
– Social Media Graphics (using canva, Adobe or similar apps is a MUST!)

Content Strategy:
– Conduct monthly social media audits to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement
– Develop and implement a monthly content calendar aligned with our marketing goals
– Research and utilize relevant hashtags to increase reach and engagement

Community Management:
– Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally
– Foster positive brand interactions and build a loyal community

Reporting & Analysis: (This must be done monthly together with Social Media Audit report)
– Track key metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments) and report on social media performance
– Identify trends and opportunities for optimization
– Suggest and implement strategies to improve organic reach and engagement

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of different platforms
– Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to tailor content for specific audiences
– Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling
– Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
– Proficient in scheduling tools and content creation platforms (Meta, Canva)
– Bonus points for experience with video editing (Reels) and SEO optimization
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
– Excellent time management skills and a commitment to deadlines
– Proficiency in English (C1/C2)
