Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager with Digital Marketing Experience to join our team. An EXCELLENT ENGLISH SKILLS is a HUGE (+) ADVANTAGE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy on behalf of one of our clients in the Chiropractic Industry.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media management, be well-versed in various social media platforms, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Social Media Manager will work closely with our Social Media Project Manager to create visually appealing and cohesive social media content, ideate and craft captions that resonate with the client’s target audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies on behalf of the client that align with their business objectives and target audience.

Ideate, create, and curate engaging content across all platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Manage client’s private FB group, upload some content, filter members and engage with members and direct them to proper solutions to their skin problems.

Assist in creating online programs/classes.

Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports to the marketing team with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Work closely with the Social Media Project Manager to create visually appealing and cohesive social media content.

Manage social media advertising campaigns, including setting up, optimizing, and monitoring paid social media ads.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize social media performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple social media platforms and campaigns simultaneously.

Knowledge of social media advertising, including setting up and optimizing paid social media ads.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with current social media trends, best practices, and industry news.

Ability to adapt to changing social media algorithms, features, and strategies.

Professional graphic design skills and familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe
