• Manage the agency’s social media platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Provide sales support by assisting with booking appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings with clients and prospects.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience demographics to inform content strategy and sales initiatives.
• Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks such as data entry, file organisation, and project coordination to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing and sales teams.
