Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Support Specialist to become an integral part of our team. This role is a gateway to impact a global community of new and expectant parents by promoting innovative, sustainable baby and toddler products and advocating for baby safe sleep practices and SIDS prevention.

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Part-Time with a monthly/bi-weekly fixed pay, structured around pre-defined KPIs. There is potential for the role to evolve into a full-time position for the right candidate who demonstrates exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
• Develop and oversee our social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more, with clearly defined KPIs.
• Execute campaigns and measure their success against clear KPIs.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
• Liaise with Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Monitor SEO, user engagement, and suggest content improvements.
• Act as a community manager on social media channels like Facebook and Telegram.
• Engage with influencers, coordinating with the Business Development Manager for potential collaborations.
• Perform competitor analysis and engage in strategic review meetings to stay ahead of industry trends.

Social Media Advertising:
• Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns.
• Analyse and optimize ad performance based on data and industry trends.
• Effectively manage advertising budgets.

Marketing Collaterals:
• Create superior marketing materials such as banners, posters, brochures, and e-brochures for events and social media use.
• Guarantee consistency with our brand identity across all marketing resources.

Digital Marketing:
• Update website content and collaborate with SEO teams to optimize online presence.
• Manage newsletter design and distribution, focusing on segmentation and conversion optimization.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or proven experience in a similar role.
• Profound knowledge of various social media platforms and marketing best practices.
• Ability to conduct audience and buyer persona research.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent analytical and multitasking abilities.
