Position overview:

We are looking for a hard-working, motivated part-time Talent Buyer to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who is adept at using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates for senior and executive level positions. The successful candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent research skills, and the ability to effectively manage administrative and data entry tasks. This position provides the opportunity to contribute to the growth of talent across the umbrella and potentially participate in business development activities.

main duty:

– Utilize sourcing tools to identify and engage with potential candidates for senior and executive level positions.
– Conduct detailed research to collect contact information and background details of potential candidates.
– Assist in building business development lists and identifying prospects and opportunities through LinkedIn and other platforms.
– Perform administrative duties and data entry tasks related to candidate tracking and management.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and developments to inform procurement strategies.
– Work with the team to refine procurement techniques and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Require:

– Demonstrated experience in talent search, recruitment or similar roles, with preference given to senior and executive positions.
– Proficient in purchasing tools.
– Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Effective written and verbal communication skills.
– Proactive and results-oriented approach to tasks.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
