Schedule and pay rate:
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; between 09:00 am to 05:00 pm CST
• Time Zone: Central Standard Time
• Hours: 20 – 40 hours/week initially
• Languages Required: English
• Pay Rate: $3/hr + Commissions ($50-$100 per client)
Requirements:
-Experience in lead generation preferred but not mandatory
-Strong familiarity with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.

Job description:
1. Lead Generation:
-Reach out to potential clients on social media platforms to initiate conversations.
-Present our services in a low-key, no-hard sales manner.
-Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
-Achieve daily and weekly quotas of reach-outs to our target audience.
-Manage Facebook bots to increase productivity efforts in lead generation.
-Conduct research to identify potential clients that fit our buyer persona and reach out via message.
-Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead-generation strategies.
2. Social Media Management:
-Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
-Administer Facebook groups, ensuring engagement and growth.
-Help in scheduling posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
3. Sales:
-Call prospects and leads to present our virtual staffing services.
-Learn all company services and stay updated on changes.
-Schedule and confirm consultation appointments.
-Follow up with prospects via email and phone to keep them engaged.
-Handle and overcome objections from prospects and be intentional when converting and setting appointments.
4. Administrative Tasks:
-Manage CRM, add leads and ensure all interactions and updates are recorded accurately.
-Create and maintain detailed reports on lead generation activities and results.
-Support the business owner in whatever task they need
5. Learning and Proactivity:
-Proactively seek out new learning opportunities to improve lead generation techniques.
-Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and lead generation.
