Job Description

Hello freelancers!

We are in search of an experienced designer to join our dynamic team. We are primarily looking for someone who specializes in designing web applications and creating logical and appealing UIs.

Our company is building an exciting E-commerce Analytics Platform for Amazon Sellers, and we need your expertise to strengthen our technical backbone. We are in advanced alpha phase and will start onboarding test users in the next few weeks. The webapp’s core features are visualization of its user’s sales, expenses, profit, and inventory levels, through a dashboard, graphs, and tables. Screenshots are available at our work-in-progress website,

Role:
You will work closely with management and our front-end developers team, who have built a state-of-the-art React application. You will play a crucial role in improving existing designs and creating new ones as we continuously add more features to our app. Our website is due for an overhaul and designing a new one will be one of your tasks as well. We expect you to actively participate in digital group discussions and give suggestions on best practices for user experience when we’re coming up with new features or components.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Critically analyze existing pages of the app and give suggestions for improvements
2. Create mockups and wireframes for new features and components
3. Help plan new features for fantastic UX
4. Design a modern website fitting for our clientele

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a UI/UX designer
2. Strong understanding of best practices for ideal user experience
3. Ability to understand what users need and expect from an analytics platform and create designs suited for the task at hand
4. Ability to attend standups every Monday at 2pm Central European Timezone (8pm Manila)

Work schedule: Flexible, you largely set your own hours except for ~1h weekly standup every Monday
