Part-Time VA Cold Caller

Background:
Advocate Refunds LLC is looking for a PART-TIME VIRTUAL ASSISTANT that will be doing calls to prospects. We help families collect money that we identified from government audits that is owed to them. Most of our prospects have gone through rough circumstances and it takes some effort to track them down and convince them that we are calling for genuine reasons. The right candidate will assist the company head in reaching these
people to be able to help them get the money that is rightfully theirs.

Roles
Call assigned leads to do warm connection for the company head and verify correct information from the company’s gathered data if needed.
Document in detail all calls in our CRM (Preferably knowledgable in Pipedrive but is not a requirement)
Administrative Tasks

Qualification and Skills
Must be results-oriented, able to build instant rapport but with compassion for the prospect
With at least 1 year of experience in telemarketing handling US-based accounts
Excellent English verbal communication, ability to communicate with different ages and cultures (particularly US culture)
Candidate must possess at least a High School Graduate
Knowledge of CRM technology is a plus but is not a requirement
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
Coachable and reports directly to the head
Use of initiative to identify and follow up on opportunities
Persistent and positive attitude.
Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection and a quiet environment. (10 MBPS)
This is a part-time position job, the candidate will work 3x a week only, at least 3-5 hours per shift every Tuesday, Thursday, and Monday/Friday between 2pm to 7pm EST or as pre-scheduled
