What we’re looking for:
We need a Video Editing EXPERT! This is a remote (work from home) position.
For the role of “video editor,” we are seeking an individual who can contribute to enhancing our online presence and authority within our industry. While not directly engaging with our clients, the video editor should possess an understanding of our clients’ desired outcomes in order to identify content that most heavily resonates with them and convert them into potential clients.
The ideal video editor possesses a unique blend of creative thinking and project management skills. These individuals play a vital role in the growth of our organic business. We are searching for someone who is reliable and dependable, someone we can trust to help maximize our long form content into several different formats for maximum exposure.
Salary & growth opportunities:
AI Automation & Integration start at $250/USD month for Part Time Work (20 Hours/Week)
You’ll work directly with our management team to understand topics of interest.
You’ll make suggestions as to how we can make processes more efficient.
You’ll be graded on your ability1) to quickly identify important elements from long form content of and 2) chop them into high quality, nice looking mini content pieces for various platforms.
Once you are managing a full slate you will have the option to be promoted to full time work.
Growth opportunities
We will actively promote from within. Successful Video Editors will be first in line for promotion into our core content development team.
The ideal candidate:
Previous Video Editing Experience: Experience having edited both long form and short form video is necessary. You will be creating instagram reels, short form podcast edits, long form podcast edits, course creation video edits, and need to be proficient in the sizing requirements for each. Accessing stockpile b-roll to ensure that we have constant movement and can engage the viewer is necessary.
Efficient Workflow Processes: The core of your job is to ensure that we’ve got a constant stream of high quality content to post daily. Your efficiency in workflow processes is critical to your success.
**Dream Criteria** Experience With Content Fries: We LOVE the platform content fries. If you have previous experience working within the platform it would be ideal.
Problem solving: The cardinal sin at our company is asking someone a question you could have solved yourself. We need people who are willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are. But only when you encounter a problem that you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.
Make sure you’re comfortable with:
Remote working. This is a remote (work from home) position.
Have the technology available to comfortably meet deadlines.
