Part-time Video Editor & Social Media Content Creator Needed!

Seeking a dedicated and creative part-time video editor with an eye for detail to join our team. We aim to make waves on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok by providing educational content on multifamily real estate and we looking for someone to help with this endeavor.

Pay: TBD. Will depend on your skill level and other applicants for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
– Edit received video recordings for publishing across various social media platforms.
– Create YouTube videos, both long formats and shorts.
– Develop avatars, educational posts, and other visually engaging content for social media.
– Infuse creativity and ensure the commercial real estate theme aligns with our brand.
– Adhere to deadlines and ensure a quick turnaround time for edited videos.

Job Requirements:
– Demonstrable experience in video editing and content creation for social media.
– Familiarity with YouTube videos (long formats & shorts), avatars, and educational post creation.
– Experience working with other multifamily real estate projects will give you an edge.
– Understanding or background knowledge of multifamily real estate.
– Ability to dedicate at least 5 hours a week, with the potential to expand based on performance and our mutual compatibility.
– Dependability, self-motivation, and a keen creative eye are a must.
