Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Virtual Assistant with experience in JobTread to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, project management, and day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, efficient, and has a knack for using project management software.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Utilize JobTread to manage and track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the CEO and other executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling email correspondence.
Data Entry and Management: Maintain and update databases and records in JobTread and other relevant systems.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO, clients, and team members, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Reporting: Generate and distribute project reports, summaries, and other documentation as needed.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during project execution, providing solutions and recommendations.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with specific experience using JobTread.
Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software.
Technical Proficiency: Adept at using JobTread for project management and familiarity with other project management tools is a plus.
Reliability: Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Hours: Part-time, flexible hours. Availability during standard business hours is preferred.
