Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and proficient Virtual Assistant to join our team part-time (20 hours per week) starting, eventually full time. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cold calling, CRM management, skip tracing, and a solid understanding of the commercial real estate industry. This role requires a detail-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of supporting sales and marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Cold Calling:**
– Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
– Follow up on leads from various sources, including online inquiries and networking events.
– Maintain a professional and persuasive demeanor during all interactions.
2. **CRM Management:**
– Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information.
– Track and manage client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
– Generate reports and provide insights to improve sales strategies and processes.
3. **Skip Tracing:**
– Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate and gather contact information for potential clients and property owners.
– Verify and update contact information in the CRM system.
4. **Commercial Real Estate Support:**
– Assist in researching and analyzing market trends, property values, and potential investment opportunities.
– Prepare and organize property listings, marketing materials, and presentations.
– Coordinate with real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
– Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
– Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
– Experience with skip tracing tools and techniques.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

– Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology and processes.
– Experience with digital marketing and social media management.
– Ability to analyze and interpret real estate market data and trends.
