**Job Type: Part-time (3-4 hours/day)**

InclusivGrowth Consulting LLC is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our credit repair and business credit building team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding or willingness to learn about credit repair and business credit building. The role involves managing client reports, tracking timelines, setting up various business accounts, placing orders, and providing regular updates. Additional responsibilities include managing our social media pages, answering customer inquiries, and knowledge of filing complaints with regulatory bodies. If you have excellent communication skills, are comfortable with technology, and can handle sensitive client data with utmost discretion, we’d like to meet you!

**Responsibilities:**

1. Utilize software to input client details and generate credit reports.
2. Efficiently manage and organize client reports in Google Drive folders.
3. Keep a vigilant eye on delivery timelines to ensure timely preparation for credit bureau submissions.
4. Assist in setting up DUNS numbers, GoDaddy accounts, and net 30 accounts for clients.
5. Place orders to expedite the process of business credit score generation for clients.
6. Proactively provide updates on items removed per round and overall progress.
7. Manage our social media presence and handle questions and emails regarding the services we offer.
8. Be familiar with and capable of filing complaints with FTC, CFPB, and BBB.
9. Have knowledge of security freeze procedures such as LexisNexis, SageStream, ChexSystems, Advanced Resolution Services, Credco, CoreLogic, Early Warning, and Innovis.
10. Be skilled in requesting credit reports and executing the dispute process.
11. Have knowledge on 24hr inquiry removal procedure.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
2. Prior understanding of credit repair and business credit building is advantageous. If not, a willingness and aptitude to learn quickly is crucial.
3. Proficiency in using office software, including Google Drive, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
5. Superior verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong grasp of social media platforms and an aptitude for customer service.
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
8. Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
9. Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles, especially in relation to credit terms and processes.
10. Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
11. Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
12. A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
13. Flexibility to accommodate different time zones if necessary.
14. Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access and a quiet workspace.
15. Prior experience or familiarity with business registration processes, especially setup of DUNS numbers, GoDaddy accounts, and net 30 accounts.
16. Familiarity with FTC, CFPB, BBB complaint procedures, and security freeze procedures.
17. Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
