Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Multi-Venture E-commerce Entrepreneur

As a solo entrepreneur running three e-commerce ventures across platforms such as Etsy, Shopify, and Big Cartel, I am dedicated to building successful businesses in the digital marketplace. While sales are still in the initial stages, I am actively working on creating marketing materials and content to drive growth and engagement across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

Initially focus on one venture, gradually expanding to support all three as familiarity with operations grows.
Assist with content creation for Instagram and Facebook accounts for all three ventures, including graphics, captions, and scheduling posts.
Prepare copywriting for ads across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
Research new topics and write engaging blogs for the Shopify website, driving traffic and enhancing SEO.
Support general e-commerce tasks such as maintaining product listings, updating inventory, and communicating with suppliers.
Monitor competitor accounts and trends in social media to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

Requirements:

Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and content creation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in platforms such as Shopify, Canva, and social media management tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
