Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Job Type: Part-time, 5-10 Hours/Week

Responsibilities:
– Manage the input of information to our management software including rent collections, expenses, work orders, new client information, etc.
– List apartments for rent on various rental websites.
– Prepare lease agreements for new and existing tenants.
– Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for future tasks.
– Discuss and coordinate with Vendors as needed.
– Work on projects once in a while such as PowerPoint slides, research projects, etc.
– Hire and manage freelancers as needed.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a bookkeeping assistant or in a similar role.
– Proficiency in English communication (written and spoken).
– Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
