Salary: Between $8.00 – $10.00 AUD an hour (depending on experience)
Experience: 2+ years of Admin experience
Training: Training provided
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9 am – 1 pm AEST/AEDT (public holidays aligned to Australia)

Job Summary:
As the Admin Assistant for our firm, you will be responsible for undertaking administration tasks to assist management. It is preferable to have experience working for an Australian-based office and a basic knowledge of administrative procedures.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring of inbox
Assisting manager with ad-hoc administration tasks
General admin duties, including managing electronic filing systems
Ensuring the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
Manage ad hoc client queries and requests
Assisting Management to monitor and document office policies and procedures
Assisting Management with reports and schedules
Update databases
Get to know key programs thoroughly and assist the team to utilise all their features and automation
Implement automation throughout the organisation by utilising technology
Any other reasonable tasks as requested on an ad hoc basis.
Software Knowledge: (desirable, but not essential)
Microsoft Office
