Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative and operational support directly to our client. The position is entirely remote, granting you the freedom to work from the comfort of your own home or chosen workspace.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
> Administrative Support: Handle email correspondence, manage calendars, schedule appointments, and perform various administrative tasks on behalf of the client.
> Data Entry: Ensure accurate data entry and maintain databases.
> Research: Conduct research as required, including market research, competitor analysis, and information gathering.
> Communication: Manage and respond to client inquiries, deliver excellent customer service, and coordinate communication on behalf of the client.
> Task Management: Efficiently manage tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
> Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations for the client.
Requirements:
> Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
> Strong organizational and time management skills.
> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
> Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks.
> High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
> Proficiency in general tools, including Outlook and Google Suites (GDrive, Sheets, Docs, etc).
> Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
> Familiarity with real estate industry tools (Clientbay – CBIQ, FollowUp Boss, Trello,) is a PLUS.
> Prior experience in the real estate industry is a PLUS
