Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Urgent Hiring) 6am to 12nn PH Time Shift

The applicant should be open to working from Monday to Sunday (6am to 12nn PH Time) – No day off since working hours are too low. Rate is $2.5AUD per hour. Apply only if you are okay with those 2 conditions given.

Looking for a part-time virtual assistant for our health and wellness businesses. You can do this from the comfort of your home.

Main role: Must have knowledge and experience in using Facebook Messenger and google spreadsheets. The role requires assisting our sales officers in booking appointments, rescheduling, and inputting notes into our CRM.

Using a unique lead generation strategy, you are required to book prospective clients on sales calls from social media platforms such as Facebook.

Responsibilities:
-Engaging in the specified lead generation strategy on all required social media platforms during set scheduled hours.
-Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance.
-Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.

Requirements:
-Must be knowledgeable in Google Spreadsheet.
-Experience in Facebook Messenger and Facebook, desired
-Some experience in the fitness/nutrition industry is preferred but not mandatory
-Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
-Must have availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings (you will have a set schedule based on this)
-Must have fast, reliable internet and a back-up system (mobile internet or prepaid)
– Fast and reliable laptop/desktop that can accommodate many spreadsheets at a time and can do zoom/ screen sharing.
