Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to help streamline and document our business processes in Flowster, a leading Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) software platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent organization skills, a keen eye for details, and a background in business process documentation. Familiarity with the Shopify/eCommerce sector would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:
Documenting all company procedures and creating workflows in Flowster software, ensuring clear and detailed SOPs.
Updating and improving SOPs to reflect any changes in company procedures or systems.
Managing and organizing SOP templates in Flowster, ensuring they are easily accessible for team members.
Collaborating with team members to understand their roles, processes, and tasks to create relevant SOPs.
Reviewing the created SOPs with team members to ensure accuracy and understanding.
Assisting with project management tasks such as tracking deadlines, milestones, and status updates.
Assisting in training new team members on how to use and follow SOPs in Flowster.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Proficient in English both in writing and verbal communication.
Proven experience in business process documentation, SOP creation, or a similar role.
Familiarity with Flowster and Loom is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to understand complex procedures and translate them into easy-to-understand steps.
Proficient in using project management tools and software.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Reliable internet connection.
Familiarity with the Shopify/eCommerce sector.

Other details:
The successful candidate will need to be available for some meetings during US Eastern Standard Time. However, most work can be completed at any time that suits the candidate.
The initial contract will be for approximately one month to streamline and document existing processes. Following this, there may be opportunities for additional freelance work.
This role reports directly to the founder and requires collaboration with other team members.
As our business is growing, there may be opportunities to join the company full time in a related role in the future.
