Job Description

Hello! I’m hiring a part-time admin virtual assistant to help me and the team to work on administrative tasks and creating systems for the business. After creating systems, this role may move into a part-time or full-time position doing admin tasks and customer service for a handful of our clients, then assist me in creating courses and digital products for our company.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience of at least 1 year as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, and Pinterest/Tailwind
Familiarity with AI tools such as Chatgpt
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Asana
Familiarity with course creation platforms such as Kajabi, Searchie, Teachable, Thrivecart
Familiarity with Shopify and WordPress/Woocommerce platforms
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Dubsado or Honeybook
Familiarity with Canva
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Suite, Airtable)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Calendly, Acuity)
**Excellent English email and instant messaging communication skills**
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Background in Customer Service strongly desired (or a friendly personality and willingness to learn-no phone calls/video calls required)

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures if needed
General admin tasks (inbox management, organization, etc.)
Writing weekly newsletters for the company and our clients
Scheduling Facebook group posts, managing Facebook groups
Social media post scheduling (Facebook + Instagram)
Monthly reporting using Google Spreadsheets
Some graphic creation in Canva (using templates-bonus if you have an eye for design!)
20 hours per week (but may develop into 40 hours per week)

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

Pay is weekly
We pay bonuses for great work
We give pay increases based on performance
