As a corporate consultant and well-being professional, I pride myself on being a leader who takes care of the team. People who work with me feel supported and enjoy learning my processes that help them in their personal and professional lives.
The most important part of this role is excellent written English, as you will be communicating on my behalf on LinkedIn and in emails to large corporate clients and prospects. I use the Grammarly plug-in on my Chrome browser to ensure that everything I type everywhere is as accurate as possible, and I will need you to do the same.
The second most important part is clear spoken English and understanding as I speak quickly and efficiently to accomplish my daily tasks and goals in a timely manner. You will also be listening to training videos and taking important notes for me.
The next requirement is to be able to carefully follow my SOPs, processes, checklists, and templates in Trello. You’ll also need to be able to improve upon them and create new ones as needed.
Another requirement is being able to use GSuite for Business, Trello, LinkedIn, and Zoom (but you don’t need to be on camera.)
You’ll also need to know how to use Canva Pro. I don’t need you to be a Canva designer, per se, as I purchase templates, but you’ll use those to make them my provided brand colors and fonts as you insert my content. If you can create additional on-brand templates that look the same, that would come in handy, so please let me know.
I currently use other tools (like Book Like a Boss, Vimeo, Wix, fndnsnd, etc.), and I occasionally try out new tools (like Taplio for LinkedIn right now), so you’ll need to be comfortable learning to use new tools by watching the training videos they provide online. (I have a tech expert for tools like ActiveCampaign and ClickFunnels, so you’re not expected to fill that role, but it’s a bonus if you’re able to go in and make small edits like I do once it’s all set up by the expert.)
While reliable high-speed internet is required to ensure that deadlines are met, I’m fairly flexible with the daily working schedule. What is important is that people get replied to promptly each weekday in emails, on LinkedIn, etc, but it’s not as important what hour of the day it happens.
I currently live in California on Pacific time, and we can find a time that works for us both any time we need to have a call. We will mostly communicate in Trello, where all of the work gets managed and done.
While this role could possibly grow into more hours and responsibilities (when I’m ready and if you’d like) in the future, to start, it will consist of tasks such as (but not limited to):
– Maintain tasks, projects, and SOPs in Trello
– Reply to comments on my LinkedIn posts
– Target other LinkedIn profiles to comment on and connect with
– Write content posts on LinkedIn articles that are strategically targeted
– Follow my PR outreach process to email publications with my article ideas to try to get me published
– Use my template emails to send cold pitches to contacts at large companies (where it’s important to update the templates with the correct information each time with precision)
– Listen to videos and take key notes for me
– Place online orders (i.e., lab tests, supplements, etc.) for private clients
– Internet research
– One-off tasks to support me and my business as needed
The topics I usually write about and work on with clients revolve around creating a culture of high performance with well-being strategies, so it’s ideal if you’re interested in that.
I’ve been working in online marketing since 2009, so it’s also helpful if you have a general understanding of terms like funnel, opt-in gift, lead magnet, evergreen, etc.
