Job Description:
As a Part-Time Virtual Assistant with a focus on sales and customer service, you will play a crucial role in supporting me and contributing to my continued success. The ideal candidate will be an excellent English speaker and writer, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable making cold calls as well as follow up calls. Experience with CRM systems and sales calls is highly desirable, and a warm and inviting personality coupled with exceptional customer service skills are essential.
About me:
I am a Public Speaker, Singer and Relationship Coach for women who owns 3 companies. Happy Lady-Happy Life, Storytelling Sensation, and Royal Realty Homes. I am very passionate about helping others and changing lives.
Responsibilities:
Conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales opportunities.
Managing and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and detailed information.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing email correspondence, and organizing documents. Providing exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Generating reports and analyzing data to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Proven experience making cold calls and/or sales calls.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and willingness to learn new software tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Warm and inviting personality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Pay : TBD, this will depend on your level of scale and other people that apply to the job.
