Part-Time Webmaster / Graphic Designer (Squaresapce)

And, are you a Squarespace ninja (and comfortable with Kajabi)?

I am looking for a great designer to help us take our marketing to the next level.

Our primary website (Click to view) and secondary (Click to view) are hosted on Squarespace. So that’s where most of our needs tend to be.

We have all our funnels and lead magnets hosted on Kajabi, so there are occasionally some Kajabi related design needs, though not as much.

I’d like to partner up with a dedicated person who can:

ONE: Help us with our immediate needs: Some page updates, clean up of the site, transferring some sections, etc.

This is probably a couple weeks worth of work to get started. We have existing brand guidelines and a brandbook to leverage.

TWO: Help us with our ongoing needs: Weekly and monthly we have needs that arise as we are changing funnels, marketing, products very regularly.

This varies significantly, but month to month, we typically have 20-80 hours of requests.

THREE: Help our clients with their needs: I coach solopreneurs how to build their business and have 80+ clients that occasionally have design, branding, and logo needs.

This is something we’d need to work together for a bit to start, but ideally we’d have some pre-packaged or productized services we could offer, like a full interactive brandbook with logo design + social templates + slide deck template.

How our process works:

STEP 1: You submit your proposal / application.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ AND SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:
— Please include 5 websites you built on Squarespace that you are proud of.
— Please tell me about your CSS level of expertise.
— Please submit the rate you are proposing. (We don’t haggle, so please send your best / ideal rate.)
— Please submit your availability, or when you’d be available to start work.
— Please submit any OTHER skills you are great at, as we have a lot of content needs.

STEP 2: We’ll review all proposals / applications and select 3-5 people to work with.

STEP 3: We’ll ask the final candidates to complete a PAID test project

• The test project will take about 8 hours and be paid at the rate you submit, if selected.

STEP 4: We’ll identify the best fit and get started.
