What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a part-time WordPress and Full-Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues on our WordPress websites, updating plugins and themes for optimal performance, and driving website redesign initiatives for improved user experience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our tech stack, which includes Google Workspace, Slack, Clickup, Zoom, WordPress, WPX, Cloudflare, Cloudways, LastPass, ActiveMember360, ActiveCampaign, Thrivecart, Google Drive, Google Cloud Console, Elementor, OptinMonster, Froged, SandboxCMS, and Replit.

As a WordPress and Full-Stack Developer, your responsibilities will include:
– Troubleshoot technical issues in our tech stack, covering website maintenance, plugin updates, security, and data privacy.
– Update plugins and themes for optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
– Drive website redesign for improved user experience and enhanced digital assets.
– Optimize digital tools and platforms to enhance efficiency, performance, and security.
– Integrate and manage third-party tools, systems, and platforms with the team.
– Develop additional functionality to boost user engagement and support marketing campaigns.
– Administer web servers and ensure seamless operation and data privacy.
– Collaborate with team members to explore new opportunities using digital tools and platforms.
– Provide technical support and integration assistance to team members as required.

Do you have what it takes?
We are not looking for formal degrees, but grit and enthusiasm. Some of what you will need for this role ????:
– Proven experience in managing and developing WordPress websites.
– Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other relevant programming languages.
– Experience with web server administration.
– Familiarity with data privacy regulations and secure operations.
– Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as ActiveCampaign, Thrivecart, and OptinMonster.
– Experience working with hosting platforms like Cloudways and Cloudflare.
– Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
– Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
