Part Time WordPress Developer

Hey there!

I’m excited to announce a new opportunity to join my team as a part-time web developer for our web development agency. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about WordPress, Strikingly, and Cloudways Hosting, and who wants to be part of our journey in building websites for our portfolio and clients.

As an affiliate marketer with 80 websites in my portfolio, I’m expanding my services to offer web development to individuals and businesses. I need your help to generate leads, sell our services, and provide technical support to our clients.

What will you do?
As our web developer, you’ll collaborate with me, our VA that helps with SEO Audits, and a Sales VA to create stunning websites for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include working on WordPress and Strikingly platforms, assisting with technical inquiries, and ensuring smooth website development and deployment.

You can help us work closely with our SEO audit VA, to implement the recommended changes and optimizations identified during the audit. This may involve improving page load speed, optimizing meta tags, fixing broken links, and enhancing the overall user experience.

You may also help withintegrating lead capture forms, such as newsletter sign-up forms or contact forms, into relevant web pages.

Also, you may collaborate with both the SEO audit VA and the sales VA to enhance the UI and UX of the websites. This includes improving site navigation, optimizing layouts for better user engagement, and ensuring a seamless browsing experience across different devices.

Additionally, you’ll be responsible for helping us answer any questions from our sales VA to provide support, and addressing their needs.

What do we offer?
We’re offering a part-time/flexible position with a monthly compensation of $100 as we’re just starting the business. However, this amount will increase as our web development agency grows and generates revenue (monthly review)

In addition to the base salary, you’ll receive a 20% commission on leads and websites built for clients from yourself, as well as 10% commission on any leads and websites sold by our other VA’s.

What do we expect from you?
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated web developer with a passion for building websites and helping develop the 80x websites in our portfolio. You should have experience working with WordPress, Strikingly, and Cloudways Hosting. Additionally, strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential for collaborating effectively with our team and addressing client requirements.
