Our goal is to find an amazing Editor who can edit YouTube videos in an engaging and professional looking way. The goal is to increase the watch time of videos and make results for our clients who are mostly entrepreneurs.
The expectation is to add a flare of creativity into the videos of our clients and improve retention with animations, B-roll and visual storytelling and audio.
We want someone who takes pride in generating results and wants to be a part of a business that scales to multi-six figures in a few months.
This is a part-time role, with an opportunity to go full-time in 2 months.

1. We’ve created a rock-solid method that makes reliable results for entrepreneurs on Youtube with them only spending 3-5 hours per month on it.

What Are The Requirements For This Role?
Basics & Logistics:
1. You need to have a modern computer with a 64-bit processor and a fast, reliable internet connection.
2. You’ll have a flexible schedule.
3. Able to start working ASAP (you have to be able to go full-time in 2 months)
4. Excellent English is a Must (both written and spoken)
5. Comfortable with Premiere Pro, After Effects and color grading
Focus, Attention to Detail, Being Well Organized and Efficient – the work is highly complex and requires a lot of diligent attention to detail and active experimentation. Your focus can literally be the difference between success and failure of the entire project. If you have a hard time focusing on one single task for hours at a time, this role might not be for you.
Coachability – we want you to be able to take feedback well and leave your ego at the door, you can always improve and I want you to be eager to hear constructive criticism. We also want you to keep improving on your skills.

1. Previous experience as a YouTube creator or editor,

– Once proven (2 months+) we can discuss options of bonuses & full-time employment
Timeline

The goal is to have someone in place and ready to work by end of April 2024.
