Job Description

So who are we? We are:
* A fast-paced and entrepreneurial Serviced Accommodation Management company which is growing rapidly across the UK
* Currently operating in 20+ Towns and Cities across the UK and looking to add many more in the coming months and years
* Selling our properties on Online Travel Agent (OTA) websites such as Airbnb and plus many more
* Working with both leisure and corporate guests, who are looking for great prices, superb service and a home away from home.
* Continuously striving to improve and refine our service to become the very best at what we do

The day-to-day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following:
* Maintaining good relations with our clients whom we call partners (regular updates, responding to their queries, addressing their concerns)
* Project management and system updates (onboarding and offboarding properties in the systems and channels)
* Ad-hoc tasks such as assisting with guest concerns and maintenance issues
* Communicating and coordinating with all departments and partners on a daily basis (verbal and written)
* Analysis of monthly statements and communicating this with respective partners if such issues arise

The right candidate must have the following requirements:
* Capable of working during UK hours (9am – 6pm) 5 days a week
* Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom
* Client Relations experience
* Attention to detail
* Critical thinking
* Project Management experience
* Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
* Willingness to learn new systems
* Experience in the Hospitality industry itself is not essential (but would be looked upon favourably) as full training will be given
* Strictly no other side hustles.

This position will be for 40 hours per week or five (5) working days a week.
