Role Overview:
Everest Labs is seeking a dynamic and proactive Partnership and Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in expanding brand reach and driving sales through strategic partnerships and affiliate marketing. This part-time role requires a creative and organized individual with experience in managing influencer partnerships and affiliate programs.

The Partnership and Affiliate Marketing Manager at Everest Labs plays a critical role in expanding our reach and engagement through strategic partnerships and affiliate marketing. This individual will be responsible for identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, coordinating content creation, managing affiliate programs, and tracking performance to ensure all efforts align with the company’s marketing goals. We seek a proactive, organized, and results-driven individual who can build strong relationships and drive growth through effective collaboration and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Identifying Potential Partners:
Research and compile a list of potential influencers, athletes, gyms, and content creators who align with Everest Labs’ brand and target audience.
Evaluate the suitability of potential partners based on their reach, engagement, and alignment with Everest Labs’ values.

2 Outreach and Negotiation:
Craft and send outreach messages to initiate partnerships.
Develop partnership proposals and negotiate terms to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
Ensure all agreements are documented and comply with legal requirements.

3 Affiliate Marketing Program Management:
Set up and manage affiliate marketing programs to incentivize partners to promote Everest Labs products.
Provide affiliates with promotional materials and support to maximize their effectiveness.
Track affiliate performance and ensure timely and accurate payouts.

4 Content Creation Coordination:
Collaborate with partners to plan and execute content creation efforts, ensuring alignment with Everest Labs’ branding and marketing strategies.
Manage logistics, including product shipments, scheduling, and coordination of content production.
Review and approve content before publication to ensure quality and brand consistency.

5 Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership-generated content and affiliate marketing campaigns.
Use data to assess the impact on engagement, traffic, and sales, and adjust strategies as needed to improve outcomes.
Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of partnerships, content campaigns, and affiliate programs for senior management.

6 Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partners and affiliates to ensure continuous collaboration and mutual satisfaction.
Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships.

7 Content Calendar Management:
Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of high-quality content from partners.
Coordinate with the marketing team to integrate partnership content into overall marketing campaigns.

8 Marketing Strategy Alignment:
Ensure all partnership and affiliate marketing efforts align with Everest Labs’ broader marketing strategies and goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content for maximum engagement and reach.

9 Customer Engagement and Community Building:
Leverage partnerships and affiliate programs to build a strong community around Everest Labs’ products.
Engage with the community through social media, events, and other channels to foster brand loyalty.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in partnership management, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms, content marketing strategies, and current trends.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of the recovery and performance industry is a plus.

Goals:
Establish at least 5 new partnerships within the first three months.
Generate a minimum of 10 pieces of high-quality content per month from partners.
Develop and manage affiliate marketing deals to drive sales and traffic.
Achieve a 20% increase in social media engagement and website traffic from partnership content and affiliate marketing campaigns.
