We are seeking a dynamic Partnership and Compliance Specialist to join our team, focusing on developing partnerships with property management companies and owners. Your role will be pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships that enhance our client base, enabling us to report to credit bureaus and build a comprehensive database of rental payment data.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and establish relationships with property management companies and property owners.
• Develop and negotiate partnership proposals and agreements tailored to the needs of property management.
• Conduct meetings with potential partners to finalize agreements and foster long-term relationships.
• Maintain ongoing communication and manage relationships with existing partners.
• Ensure all partnership activities comply with relevant industry regulations and data security standards.
• Manage and document compliance activities, addressing any issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in partnership management and compliance.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in partnership management and business development, particularly within the property management sector.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and data security best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in developing and managing partnerships with property management companies and owners.
• Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships that align with business goals.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the property management industry.
• Fluent in English with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
