About the role:
The Partnership Engagement Specialist (PES) serves as the primary liaison between our Virtual Assistant team members and their assigned Clients. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring the success of our VA and Client partnerships. You will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of businesses and organisations, contributing to their growth and success through excellent client management and service delivery.
Virtualy has a big focus on training and development and you will be at the forefront of this as you train, mentor and support a team of Virtual Assistants within your assigned POD.

Key Responsibilities:
Run and maintain a high performance team of Virtual Assistants
Client engagement for new and existing clients into your POD
FPOC for existing Clients and Team Members in POD for all matters specific to your POD
Daily Pulse Meeting with Management Team
Attend Management Meetings around strategy, Team Work, Training, improvement and Growth
Running Daily Pulse meeting with Team members in your POD, providing support, feedback and assistance
Running Fortnightly Meetings with Team members in your POD, providing support, feedback and assistance
Ongoing Mentoring, Monitoring and Management of Team members in your POD
Providing feedback and solutions to Clients & Management
Onboarding and Training Plan preparation for new Team members in POD
Onboarding, Training and System creations for new Team members into POD
Creation of LMS (Learning Management System) content and maintenance.
Initiating Innovative Ideas
Analyse data to identify trends that drive process improvements, behavioural enhancements, operational efficiencies, and stronger client-Virtual Assistant partnerships.
Assist in the recruitment process of team members into your POD
Support renewal discussions, client and Virtual Assistant retention efforts, and upselling processes as needed, including creating and leading presentations.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Proven track Leadership or Managerial experience or in similar capacity particularly with experience working with international clients and remote teams.
Minimum of 2 years in leadership or management positions (such as Team Lead, Operations Manager, or Subject Matter Expert) within the BPO industry.
Minimum 2 years training experience of Virtual Assistants
Excellent communication skills are paramount, given the frequent client interactions.
The ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively is crucial.
Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrate knowledge in Australian real estate, property management, marketing, and social media management to better understand client needs and industry dynamics.
Your workstation setup must be modern and capable, including a secondary/contingency setup for unscheduled outages.
