What you will do
The Partnership Manager will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to drive growth and enhance Seller Candy’s market presence. This role will work alongside email marketing and sales teams, overseeing the marketing department (excluding email marketing) and ensuring a cohesive, results-driven partnership strategy.
Partnership and Affiliate Management:
Connect with existing partners and identify new partnership opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to nurture key partnerships.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements.
Develop and execute the global affiliate strategy, managing relationships and optimizing programs.
Overseeing Marketing (Excluding Email Marketing):
Lead the marketing team to develop and execute strategies supporting partnership and sales initiatives.
Analyze and optimize marketing campaign performance.
Sales Collaboration:
Work with the sales team to integrate and maximize partnership activities.
Revenue and Growth:
Leverage partnerships to drive revenue and market growth.
Track and report on partnership performance metrics.
Optimize Budgets and ROI:
Optimize spend budgets to maximize ROI and related KPIs.
Strategic Planning and Collaboration:
Contribute to the overall partnership strategy and stay updated on industry trends.
Work closely with sales, email marketing, and customer success teams to align efforts with company objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in partnership management or affiliate marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and related technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
Flexible – with overlap with PST, EST and UK time zones.
