About All Time Design:
All Time Design is a leading subscription-based design firm dedicated to offering unlimited, high-quality design solutions. As we aim to broaden our services and enhance our market presence, we’re looking for a Partnership Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships that will deliver more value to our clients and help scale our revenue.
Role Overview:
The Creative Partnership Manager will be instrumental in expanding our offerings through partnerships. This role involves managing a dedicated partnership team, customizing onboarding processes, and leveraging our #1 Creative-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform to meet partner needs. The ideal candidate will spearhead initiatives to grow our revenue through referral programs, co-marketing efforts, and by enhancing our business model to support and exceed our partners’ creative goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partner Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that expand our service offerings and enhance our value proposition in the marketplace.
2. Partnership Management: Oversee a dedicated team to ensure smooth partner onboarding, provide branded enablement and marketing tools, and offer scalable support alongside our talented designers.
3. Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies for scaling revenue through various partnership models, including referral programs and business growth initiatives, without overextending resources.
4. Creative Platform Promotion: Champion our all-in-one creative management software, showcasing its ability to streamline asset requests, feedback loops, stock photo access, AI leverage, and more for our partners.
5. Co-Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with partners on co-marketing programs, including sales enablement tools, webinars, podcasts, and other channels to reach new audiences and drive mutual growth.
6. Value Delivery: Position All Time Design as a key creative production partner, aiming to increase prospect conversion rates, exceed revenue targets, and future-proof business models for ourselves and our partners.
7. Retention and Revenue: Work towards increasing client retention and growing revenue by enhancing product offerings and supporting clients’ creative needs, ensuring partners enjoy increased margins and recurring revenue.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, preferably within the creative, design, or tech industries.
Proven track record of developing successful strategic partnerships and managing co-marketing initiatives.
Strong understanding of creative processes and the design industry, with experience in Creative-as-a-Service (CaaS) platforms being a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with partners.
Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, adept at identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring the successful execution of partnership strategies and initiatives.
