**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
As our Partnerships Associate, you will be working on, supporting, and scaling lead-generation with our Partnerships Team, with a focus on landing organic guest interviews for our partners and larger executive team. This includes:
– Launching and scaling organic guest interviews targeting the below demographics within YouTube, Podcast and other Media Channels
– Lead generation & sourcing
– Warm & cold outreach
– Negotiate deal terms with partners once opportunity & terms
– Understand goals between Partners
– Drafting IOs
– Project management of secured partnership opportunities
– Coordinate Interview Booking
– Draft interview brief for guest interviewee, including tips on what narratives will resonate for the partner’s audience and convert customers to HVMN
– VIP Relationship Management
– Identify potential new target audiences and share media plan recommendations, including rate, targeting recommended audiences
**REQUIREMENTS:**
1. Can work US based hours(Anywhere from EST to PST based schedule ok).
2. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills in a customer-facing role. Ability to be the front facing contact to our important vendors.
3. 2+ years of relevant Partnership experience, ideally within consumer goods or with an e-commerce product company.
4. Elite organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to the details.
5. Negotiation skills are essential for articulating value propositions, building relationships, negotiating partner terms effectively, and drafting clear, compelling agreements and outreach messages.
6. Project management are crucial for managing multiple partnership projects simultaneously, coordinating interview logistics, and ensuring timely execution of partnership agreements and related activities.
