#Job Description
We are a small but growing technology company serving the higher education industry, looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting our company’s human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and project management.

#Responsibilities
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
– Support recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
– Facilitate new hire onboarding and ensure a positive experience for new employees
– Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
– Manage performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees
– Lead HR projects that contribute to the company’s growth and success

#Requirements
– Must have your own computer with a webcam, reliable internet connection, and a quiet place to work
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field
– At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
– Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive and confidential information
– Comfortable working 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM Philippines time with a pay differential for night hours

#Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of Php 25,000 to Php 30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our competitive benefits package includes:
