Role Overview:

As our Sales Specialist (Setter), you’re the central hub of communication for our prospects. You’ll offer warm welcomes, facilitate seamless appointments, and ensure everyone is informed and excited about their interactions with us.

Primary Responsibilities:

Welcoming New Prospects: Engage with new leads from our Instagram and Facebook ads, offering them a heartfelt welcome to our community.
Appointment Coordination: Oversee the entire appointment lifecycle:
Scheduling: Book appointments for eager families ready to embark on their journey with us.
Reminders: Ensure no one misses out by giving timely reminders to those with upcoming appointments.
Rescheduling: Assist and accommodate those who need to change their appointment details, ensuring they feel valued even if they can’t make the original slot.
CRM Management: Efficiently transition prospects through the CRM pipeline, ensuring each stage is updated timely.
Documentation: Capture all interactions, ensuring we have detailed notes for future communications.
Team Collaboration: Actively participate in Sales team sessions and meetings, bringing insights from your interactions.
Continuous Feedback: Collaborate with the Client Success Director, ensuring smooth transitions and feedback loops are maintained.

What We’re Looking for:

A year or more of customer interaction or sales experience, especially over the phone.
Stellar verbal communication skills paired with a genuine, warm demeanor.
Detail-oriented nature, ensuring no appointment goes unnoticed or unmanaged.
Proficiency with CRM tools and a knack for juggling multiple communication channels.
Proactive, organized, and the ability to turn potentially negative situations (like rescheduling) into positive interactions.

Our Selection Journey:

#1.) Submit your Loom response.
#2.) You’ll hop on a 15 minute call with our owner
#3.) If there’s a fit, there’ll be a 3-week paid pilot phase to see how we work together.
#4.) You’ll be hired for 20 hours a week part time.
#5.) Then, you’ll have an opportunity to progress to 40 hours a week.
BONUS: You’ll have opportunities to increase compensation based on performance.
