We are looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist in operating our social media accounts and business. Alchenny is a content creator and pastry chef with over 700k followers across platforms. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our audience, managing schedules, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our brand outreach efforts.
Responsibilities:
– Engage with our audience by promptly responding to comments and messages on social media.
– Cross-post content to Facebook and YouTube to expand our online presence.
– Manage schedules, set reminders, and ensure timely task completion.
– Add engaging captions to videos using captioning tools like Caput.
– Clearly write out cooking and baking recipes on our website ()
– Prepare a bi-weekly production plan for upcoming video shoots and required groceries.
– Take concise meeting notes and follow up on action items.
– Organize digital assets and files for efficient workflow.
– Assist with brand outreach by managing PR emails from interested companies.
– Compile and distribute a bi-weekly newsletter to followers summarizing recent highlights and updates.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in social media management or related fields preferred.
– Strong written communication skills in English.
– Proficiency in using social media platforms, scheduling tools, and captioning software.
– Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
– Basic knowledge of culinary terminology and concepts is a plus.
Additional Details:
20-25 hours a week (4hr/day) Looking for a part-time hire with possibility to become full time in the future.
Compensation — $200-$350 per month paid out biweekly.
