Job Description

The Patient Care/Receptionist Team Member’s primary responsibilities are to increase patient satisfaction by providing exemplary customer service to promote growth, retention and loyalty among patients. You will work with patients by phone, email and text to support patients in various aspects and schedule them in for our life-changing Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine treatments. ## Responsibilities

– Receive all inbound calls to close Leads wanting to receive treatments at our clinic
– Schedule in new and existing patients using our scheduling software and take payment over the phone or online
– Call, email, and use various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of the lead
– Receive all inbound calls to answer questions and follow communication “scripts” when handling
different topics
– Enthusiastic, persistent, friendly and professional on the phone
– Implement training material throughout calls
– Work with patients to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided
– Provide excellent service to our patients and apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure
– Encourage happy patients to send us their success stories
– Share patient success stories during daily company meeting
– Implement our care system to follow-up with our patients to provide 5-star service

**Work Shifts:** This is a part-time position. Australian Eastern Standard Time

Part-time = Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (8am – 6pm) or Thursday, Friday, Saturday (8am-6pm).

We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day

**Salary:** Php10000/month of part-time work (30 hours per week).

## **Minimum Qualifications**

– Newbies are welcome but you need to have excellent English and communication skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and objection handling

– Medical terminology background is preferred
– Customer Service & Sale experience preferred
– Technical aptitude with the ability to learn software programs quickly

**Computer and Internet Requirements:**

– Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 10 Mbps
– Secondary and Tertiary Back up Internet
– Dual Monitor – 1st day of Training
– Intel Core i5 or higher Operating System with at least 8gb RAM
– Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam
